Stacked, hollow ceramic forms inspired by the ancient tradition of stacking stones, a practice observed around the world and across time — whether as a form of wayfinding, meditation, devotion, or self-expression. Reflective of my ceramic practice, creating them is a meditation and creative outlet. These cairns call out to the people and places that my work connects to.
